I’ve worn all the hats; Buyer, Seller, Negotiator, Investor, and Landlord. So I know how important it is to find someone to go the extra mile (sometimes ten) for you. I constantly research the market and property values, so your home is priced effectively from day one. I make sure you can make a reasonable but competitive offer on a new home purchase. And as far as those 10 extra miles go, I’ve held clients’ hands and picked up their dogs and cats at the kennel so they could get to a house inspection on time.

For more than 25 years, I’ve been managing high-stakes negotiations under intense stress.
Before I became a full-time REALTOR®, I was a broadcast producer who supervised the creation of million-dollar television commercials, often with famous and/or temperamental actors.
So I know how to keep everyone happy. I know how to get the job done on time and on budget. And most important of all,
I hang onto my sense of humor.
I love kids, dogs and other helpless creatures, like first time home buyers.

I grew up learning and playing in Center City Philadelphia. It’s a great city. It feels like a town when you walk down the street and run into people you know. Yet it is filled with wonderful cultural offerings.
My degree is from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts as a filmmaker. For 15 years I worked in film and video specializing as the “fixer”, either as a producer or an editor. Much of my time was spent at WHYY Philadelphia’s public TV station, which gave me an even deeper understanding of our city. And as a city mother I understand what children need from our community.
