What is a Buyer's Agent Anyway?
For most of recorded history, sellers got all the agents while buyers jumped without a net. Today and since the late 1980’s, buyer’s agents have also become popular. We believe buyers ALWAYS need a Buyer Agent. Each buyer needs their own representation (OR---Buyers need someone to represent only their interest), because if you don’t have that, it will show itself at the worst possible time-like when you’re talking money. Any REALTOR® or agent can act as a Buyer Agent for you but we have taken it one step farther by earning our ABR designation (Accredited Buyer Representation)-only 13% of agents worldwide have taken this extra step.
Usually, the Buyer Agent is paid from the commission the seller pays their agent. So a Buyer Agent costs you nothing and can gain you everything. In fact, he or she is legally obliged to place your interests above all others. You should expect (and we deliver)
A Buyer Agent is a great idea. For everyone. Your interests (the buyer) and the Buyer Agent interests are perfectly aligned and 86% (NAR statistic) of all buyers use Buyer Agents. A Buyer Agent is for anyone who wants the feeling that yes, you can exhale now.
